CONTEST RULES
1. No purchase or entry fee is required for participation.
2. Contest is open to residents of the U.S., except employees of SouthCoast Media Group and their families.
3. Entries uploaded online to the Photos.SouthCoastToday.com website. Photos will NOT be accepted via email, drop-off, mail, etc.
4. By entering the contest, you agree that the accompanying information will become the property of SouthCoast Media Group and you grant SouthCoast Media Group permission to publicly display and use the information in any form or media for any and all purposes. All entries are reviewed prior to publication.
5. Winner will receive Dinner for Eight, by Dinners on Me Personal Chef Lynn Wesley Includes Entree, Side Dish, and Dessert
6. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent by winner to the use of their name and/or photograph by SouthCoast Media Group for editorial or promotional purposes.
7. SouthCoast Media Group reserves the right to alter any rules of any contest at anytime.
8. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes and/or fees that may be incurred. Upon proper verification, prizes must be picked up at The Standard-Times, 25 Elm Street, New Bedford within fourteen (14) business days of contest end.
9. Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings.
10. Neither SouthCoast Media Group, SouthCoast Media Group sponsors, nor employees of SouthCoast Media Group or sponsors may be held liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of usage of any winners of a prize once possession has been taken of the product by winner. SouthCoast Media Group is not liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with or resulting from any contest.
11. If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, SouthCoast Media Group may substitute a prize of like or equal value.
12. Contest runs May4, 2007 to May 30, 2007.
13. Users must be registered with a valid email address in order to vote and submit photos.
14. Limit one vote per household/IP address. Similar redundant IP addresses will be noticed and will have a detrimental effect on your possibility to win. If foul play is suspected, your photo will be deleted.
